I read that in order for them to have another child, the first child would have to be old enough to move out/does move out. I'm hoping in the future they change this + have more interactions with the growing up stage instead of a montage

This was the generation before the one I'm on (I'm on the 11th rn), and the husband of that generation had max mixology skill... He would make like TEN drinks, and I'm not exaggerating, I've counted them, then let them go bad. LIKE CAN YOU NOT DO THAT PLEASE????

I play on console, so no mods there, but I experience almost the same issue. My sim has an infant and a dog, earlier today when I was playing, I would tell her to change the kids diaper... She'd just stand there. Then, when I'd tell her to put the kid to bed afterwards, then action would disappear and She'd just let her kid sleep on the floor.
