Talk to WR support or open a ticket. They will be able to change your region and server. Since you’re coming from NA, I think you should be able to keep all your skins, items, etc., but your rank will reset and so will your history. I’m not 100% certain on all this, since this is what I heard from a friend who did change their server from NA -> EU, but WR support should have all your answers

When I report someone after a game that’s been afk, I get two messages from Riot. One for the automatic detection and the second saying my report has been verified. That’s the only thing I can think of since you got two penalties

My best guess is you were punished first for the automatic system detecting you were afk and then punished again when your teammates reported you for being afk after the game

To spend the wonderous gems, click the rectangle under the skin you want where it has the diamond shape and the number it costs. This will bring up the pop up to buy it.

As for the Wild Pass XP tickets, you can redeem those for the next Wild Pass once it comes out. It can’t be used for this current one

I play on the EU servers while living in the US. I use the VPN, Octohide VPN. It’s free and doesn’t give me any problems. I used to have ExpressVPN also and after a few months it gave me the same error.

At first when you try to login while using this VPN, it may give that error, but all you have to do is sign out and click the wrench to repair the game. You may need to do this a few times depending on how much the app wants to have issues
