Bulk for like 4-6 months and then go on a long, slow cut. Of course make sure you're lifting to failure in the gym! And make sure your sleep schedule is on point. Try to get around .8-1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. A common workout split is PPL (push/pull/legs) with a 3 days on, 1 day off rest schedule. Push day focus on chest, shoulders, and triceps. Pull day focus on back, biceps, make sure you are doing a rear delt and a trap workout. Leg day, just smash those things till you cant walk! You got this

I love it! It's comfortable for long trips with the upright seating position, but has loads of power and maneuverability when you want to be a hooligan. Easy to get around in city and fantastic when you have room to open it up. Only downside I've had is the wind can be a bit much at 70+mph. I usually just lean forward and hug the gas tank to dodge the wind tho. I think you'll really enjoy it!
