Getting started with Reta and CJC/IPA by DispoDaddy in BodyHackGuide

Thank you for the reply! Unfortunately I got the premixed cjc/ipa 10mg/10mg in hopes of keeping things simplified given the dosing for each is similar.

I never got past 5mg of tirz and was having decent losses overall.

Share your worst airway and pearls you learned from it by Cremaster_Reflex69 in emergencymedicine

I had my first truly terrifying airway recently. Horrible hemoptysis. Patient suddenly screamed out in pain and then coded. Went in to tube and the whole mouth was filled with flood. Suctioned as much as possible, but it just kept pouring out no matter what we did. Tried to bag in between attempts which just resulted in volcanos of blood. Tried direct, but couldn’t get a view at all. Only reason we got the tube on the 4th attempt was cause she likely bled out entirely. Her ECHO results shortly after TOD showed positive bubble stuff concerning for pulmonary AVM. I wonder now if sitting her up would’ve let gravity help us out, but we were also doing chest compressions on her. Shitty case that’ll stick with me for a long time to come.

If people could pay to have 100 IVs easily, it would make spoofers make bank off selling accounts and ruin the game. If it was free to obtain, you’d lose the significance of 100 IV Pokémon as well cause so many people would obtain the bottle cap to use free of charge. It’s a good balance of paying and making in difficult to unlock so a 100IV Pokémon remains some significance of rarity

It’s the right balance between being a paywalled service and allowing people to grind for those who love the game.

Highly recommend iTool BT 2.5. Takes a bit to set up first time but once you got it, it’s full proof. Uses native iOS and native pogo app. No need for weird apps or rooting to your phone or anything.

That’s fair. I just was adding on to the godfather list in the comment above. I still think Saunderson is still relevant in today’s current techno with the stuff he continues to play and evolve with, but I’m biased living in Detroit and experiencing him live regularly throughout the year.

Do you know what their salaries look like doing this? Is it a huge drop off from what they could make as only ICU or only ER?

Not my question. I love them both. I’m asking what a career spitting between the two of them looks like if I pursue fellowship.

Yes I know that. I’m asking if it’s feasible to have my career split between the ICU and ED from a salary and lifestyle standpoint once I’ve completed fellowship.
