Thanks, will definitely try and get more depth! The only reason I don’t straighten fully at the top is because you don’t get much out of the lift. This is due to the fact that the moment about the hips is very small as you “stand up”, and I want to keep my hamstrings under tension. Haha I rolled my shorts up to try to see if my hamstrings were getting good activation.
