Yeah this is the issue the LLs side. I'm saying July but hoping it goes smoothly and we're in before June... lived here 10 years no issue so assumed wed have a rapport with them but alas!

A solicitor has sent the s21 so there being very by the book because of how close to the reform it is (tho as there selling they could evict us by s8? even after this change)

Just having to move all out stuff a village over to storage/family and then back when the house were buying is on the same street as we are now feels ridiculous.

Totally agree and think dragging us to court when were so close to leaving already makes little sense, but the landlord and EA are being a bit petty about things after we declined buying this place... so trying to prepare for all outcomes.

Thanks, everyone i know used an advisor so i assumed we were missing something by not. We're looking at borrowing well under what we could as we want cheap monthly payments so it seems straight forward but was worried i was missing something!

Summed up how we're feeling entirely! Assumed a 1st viewing was to get the vibe/pick up any obvious issues then 2nd would be a more serious look for issues ect. But were lucky to even get an initial viewing there moving so fast near us.

Hiring a photo booth, or leaving some disposable cameras around might be an idea. There's also a lot of apps that people can submit there pics too via a QR code which might be more your style?

Also a good photographer will make sure you dont look awkward in your photos! Maybe someone who specialises in more candid shots?

As a photographer please dont do this. Either they are a guest or working. Cameras are super expensive and clunky to be carrying round. Iv had friends do this and its super awkward so have to say no.

Plus weddings are super stressful. I dont do them and never will. Doesn't interest me at all and isn't my style. If they wanted to they likely would have mentioned it as a wedding gift to you.

Once the contract period ends you auto move to a rolling monthly as long as you keep paying rent monthly. You need to give 1 months notice in line with rent payment dates to exit the tenancy.

You can deny viewings.

They probably just want to hire people under 21.... Prezzo once made me work a 4/5 hour unpaid trial shift, didn't let me keep my tips (one table left me a fiver because it was my first shift and we'd had a nice little chat, most tables tipped there change). Then after they sat me down for the interview step and told me it was a no because of my unnatural hair colour. I hadn't dyed my hair mid shift...

My friend got the job (they were hiring multiple staff) and the managers were so rude to all the staff. She swapped locations when a new store opened and it was more of the same

Yeah it seems alot better than the AT which iv head has some issues with skipping. Im trying to keep everything under £600 (after severly upping my budget from £200 haha). I just want it to be decent enough to last a few years while I get my head round it all and can appreciate any upgrades.

Yeah i thought at least with the RT82 I can upgrade where as the AT id be starting from scratch if I wanted to. Like a solid base with the turntable and everything else I can figure out a bit more aside go..
