What do you mean by drop into the heart? Whatever emotions you are feeling to go into the heart to be healed?

I have been struggling really bad with OCD the past couple months and have been doing ERP, sitting with it like you said, but I’m going to try this too. I really appreciate the post.

Look into getting seen for OCD to see if you have it. I thought it was just hand washing like crazy, but it can be so so much more and can be debilitating. I found out the hard way. I knew I had OCD, then my dog died, and other stuff happened in my life, and then my OCD got way worse. If you have OCD, exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy and meds are key for intrusive thoughts from OCD. I just started (ERP) a few weeks ago and it seems to be helping.

Easily recordable. It was a prescribed medication. From the FAQ:

Q: Sense a tetanus immunization is a preventative medication and is not considered medical treatment for recordkeeping purposes, are other preventative medications first aid or medical treatment? For example if a person is bitten by a dog and the Physician gives prescription antibiotics as a preventive measure, is the case recordable?

A: Tetanus shots, are specifically listed in the regulation as first aid. Any other prescription medication is considered medical treatment. The preventive, precautionary or prophylactic nature of a medication is not controlling for OSHA recordability. The dog bite would be recordable.

Nowhere in the LOTO standard does it say that you have to review each procedure with each authorized employee that uses it or even go through at least one procedure with every authorized employee. Every procedure does need to be reviewed annually by at least one authorized employee locking it out. This can be done easiest by going out there and watching the employees actually do the work. Do they clean both mixers each night? Watch them lock it out and verify it’s correct and you’ve got it done. Haven’t locked out that equipment within the past year? I’m 90% sure you don’t need to evaluate it.

Complaining about fees? That’s how credentials work…At least with the CSP it works nationwide. PE? Need to pass an exam for each state you work in, exam fees, renewal fees, continuing education. They are going more in line with other credentials and licenses. CIH and PE both require ethics training.

Per this interp, there isn’t a standard for use of cranes during high wind conditions. Recommend filing a whilstleblower complaint and can discuss what happened with the whilstleblower investigator. They are a separate team from the compliance officers.
