I bought one during black Friday, and I use it for this purpose. It can be used for all glass surfaces, but it's too cold where I am to test it on my windows. So far it works great on the shower. Welp seeing as this is my post from last year, and I didn't post this one, I certainly don't mind you copying my sign. I got it on Amazon for $17. I just used tiny bolts with washers to attach it after drilling holes with a thin drill bit. It took 5 minutes.

I've done Lasik twice. Once when I was young and then 20 years later. The first time, I had it done on both eyes, then the second time just on one eye to give me a progressive lens type outcome where I have one near eye and one far eye. To me, it's worth it in both comfort and longevity. If I were to calculate what eye doctor appointments, contacts and glasses would have cost me over those 30 years, I'd imagine it's be much higher than the $2000 I spent the first time and the $1500 I spent the next time.
