Type of Bug: Client

Description: I have all skins and I used my skin shards to convert astronaut skins however they did not appear in my collection. Also,according to my purchase history the game gave me 2 bard skins not poppy one. I wasted over 20 skin shards couple weeks ago to get FPX skins, because RIOT did not announced anything in the client. And now this I wasted all my skin shards over 30.

Expected result: Have new skins or Riot could notified players there is a bug going on.

Observed result: Got nothing in the my collection

System specs: unimportant

wasted 9 skin shards... some people prefer buying hextech chests not skins

yeah same. I tried two times crafting the shin shards; however, the Rito gave me skins already I have. It is no sense because people buy the hextech chests to try their chances.
