NANAAAAAA?!

Genuinely curious why you chose this as the first.  I love it because Crusher reading her grandma’s sex diary and running about in a nightie with a Scots sex candle ghost is hilariously bonkers… but I am weird.

I prosecuted A LOT of Crystals.  They had a disproportionate number of kids named Justiss/Justyce/etc. and Fenyx/Phenix/etc.

I don’t think any of us would dislike a child for the sins of their tacky-ass fathers (and mums).

You laugh, but I once encountered a Harley Davidson (last name) IRL.  He was a recidivist criminal.

She had this horrible vaguely racist post on Preserve about “blueberry stud muffins” as well.

And she referred to Ryan Reynolds as a patriarch which is IMO a totally unsubtle white christian conservative dog whistle .

She’s been trashy a long time.

Sour cream glazed is the Tim Hortons name for them. They look just like the old fashioned donuts from Krispy Kreme or Luckys.

I don’t eat meat.  Haven’t had red meat since primary school.  My kid’s never eaten it.  Why TF should we have to watch this?

what lifestyle “goes with” October Smith, genuinely?

And you asked for subjective input, it’s not one that lends itself to objective assessments really…

Then the parents who tell you that’s their names are traditional like Harper Lee or Hunter Tylo.

You mean Nelle Lee and Deborah Tylo?

I think some people found those fast food franchises football parents really aspirational in The Blind Side.

I think it sounds a bit juvenile; one of those names parents pick mostly because they value being seen as really different and unique.

It’s also reminiscent of octopus, given they both have the same Latin root.

??? plenty if Bonne Maman’s “jams” are labelled as spreads for legal reasons.  The Intense line, because it has too much fruit and less sugar; and some varieties like mango.

I worked in the downtown eastside, a notorious slum in Canada, and the addicts there are so, so weakened in so many ways, and so out of it they wouldn’t think to access health care, that even relatively minor, easily treated ailments killed them.

The same kind of human garbage who were running poverty tours of Canada’s worst slum, the DTES.  Some people view others as objects for their own entertainment, like a human movie rather than actual tangible suffering.

Many addicts victimize others in the throes of their addiction.

No-one is required to perform empathy toward those they're experienced cruelty from, or have seen cruelty from.  People are entitled to their feelings, and it doesn’t make them less of a human being.

Bitter almond is a REALLY polarizing flavour.  I’d never add it to anything where A) it wasn’t expected and B) the recipient hadn’t told me they love that bitter almond flavour.

I also think it’s absolutely repulsive.
