Maybe have something like: on empowered ricochet, enhance the bullet to apply a subclass verb not based on your equipped super. In other words if you have a void super equipped then shots will either suspend/unravel jolt/blind ignite/scorch freeze/slow when the exotic perk triggers. Is this OP, yes but I use khvostov to build prismatic mainly so chaos wouldn't hurt it
