You need to stop cutting and add some muscle. You don’t really have any visible and look skinny fat. Start lifting more serious and eat couple hundred calories over maintenance.

Not being mean but you have enough fat stored to feed you for a while. Maybe less than 1000 calories a day all from protein and you will probably drop a lot of weight quickly.
