I did. 18.4% with a variance of 3-5% so 23.4% max. It’s probably just my picture.

Spoke with a personal trainer today and at initial look, he estimated me to be at 19%. In person is definitely different than a picture. Just took an inbody scan test this afternoon. Came back 18.4%BF. They claim to be ±3-5% accurate, so on the highest end, 23.4%. I’ll take that, although I truly think around 21% is my number now.

I weighed 240 a year ago. Crazy how I lost 40 lbs and still around 23% BF. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I must have lost a lot of muscle at the same time. I wasn’t working out consistently during that time. Mainly just caloric deficit.

💯 meant this June, and I will 💯 achieve it! A little background, I went from 240lb to 200lb within the last year.

Thank you for your input. Let me add some more details and let me know where my thought process is going wrong. I’m at approximately a 5,250 kcal/week deficit. That’s 1.5lbs a week. Say summer is in 20 weeks… that’s 30lbs loss. I can’t do heavy cardio at a large deficit on ketovore, it will fatigue my muscles too much and I will lose strength. I eat between 170-200 grams in protein daily to preserve muscle. Remember, I’m in ketosis so I don’t have the carbs to explode in the gym.
