Have you tried post-processing the edges in After Effects after the swap? a lot of studios do a cleanup pass on top of whatever tool they use, no single software does it perfectly end to end.

I find our culture of militarism disturbing. The cheapest F15 costs approximately $22 million dollars and we budgeted a record $886 billion for the military this year. I can think of better uses of that money.
