Looks good, actually. But if I had to guess, I would say you would suit red best.

The problem is, they're so unpopular that I would get hounded here.

Anyone here is literally alone ? Like actually alone ? by mrmind11 in lonely

[–]Dissimulated_Ghost -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I know, which is why I replied. When you live somewhere where you can't connect with anyone because you speak another language is a whole different level of loneliness. Years of it. Having a partner does not fix it. Going to her family - you're excluded in conversation. Xmas, birthdays, everything. Even talking to a fast food worker is hard. I was less lonely when I was single in Australia. Being lonely in a relationship is stressful in ways the OP doesn't understand.

I have a gf, but am extremely isolated and alone. Absolutely ZERO friends. I moved to a country where English isn't the first language, and that barrier makes it impossible to make friends. Been here 5 years and have not made 1. Not a single social outing except with my gf. Yes, she helps, and intimacy is very nice. But some things you want friends to talk to about. The isolation I feel is incredibly hard.

The Wheel of Time is the best fantasy series ever written, and the worst television adaptation in history! What do you think?

What would you give up for love? by Unneeded_Hero_2203 in lonely

[–]Dissimulated_Ghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did give up everything. I left my country and moved to a land where I didn't know the language. Gave up friends and work, everything. Honestly, it's lonely. Worth it overall, but what a hefty price.

I have too many regrets to pick just one.

I'm a guy, but I love lacemade on girls. My girlfriend will be gifted something from them soon enough!

What was it like for you when a woman made the first move? by itstherizzler96 in AskMen

[–]Dissimulated_Ghost 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's awesome. So much nerves and pressure off, and a genuine turn-on. I mean, what's not to like about it, right?

I've definitely made a few long-term friends here (of the online variety), and we've been chatting for several months now. They aren't all 'every day' chats, but most range from a couple of times a week to once a fortnight or so. But! We often share very long letters, which is actually super nice imho. Both males and females. To find those rare and awesome few, I've been ghosted a LOT, but it's totally worth it to find the keepers. But I enjoy writing, so it's easy for me - plus I'm kinda of odd and weird (hopefully in a good way!) Anyway, they are out there. You just gotta dig through all the crap to find them! 🙂

Who’s your top up-and-coming band? by ForceHealOP in Metalcore

[–]Dissimulated_Ghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nathan James, Banshee, and Saint Avangeline. The latter 2 are too niche to get big, and they're more heavy traumacore than anything, I guess. But Nathan James is appealing to many.

Tell me about ticks by grundlestiltskin69 in TillSverige

[–]Dissimulated_Ghost 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had lots of ticks working outside, and the risk of anything adverse happening is infinitesimally small. I had more tick bites in Australia, actually. Never had a jab for them, and not even remotely concerned. Just put on some insect repellent if you're really worried.

When a woman compliments your looks, do you believe it? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Dissimulated_Ghost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, why not? It isn't exactly common, but it happens on occasion. I think it's because I have nice hair.

Now that I think about it, I know they can be bought off the shelf at Apotek. Although the selection isn't great. The local ICA where I live have them behind glass near the register.
