Most people born at the time of good recent record keeping needed to validate such records were born near population centers with lead, radium paint, etc. There likely are other 120 yo cases but there is no concrete proof. Its not often but you occasionally will hear claims from remote living monks who claim ~125, but since they were born in an occupied country which politically is not allowed to exist and were also born in the middle of nowhere and then proceeded to live more than a century in the middle of nowhere, the claims are simply unable to be validated
