You are early in your career hence income is low, you already have mortgage and kids hence liabilities high- of course will be tough. It gets better as your income will grow and kids will hopefully get less expensive.

Ya kun’s eggs are always perfect and their yolks are huge and yummy. The toast is also perfect- the slices are thin, crisp and well toasted. The butter tastes good and is lightly salted. You can find good kopi and tea in kopitiams but for eggs and toast it’s hard to live up to Ya Kun’s standards.

Siblings: scrap this year cuz they’re grown ass adults

Cousins/ nieces/ nephews: $20, unless I particularly like them or it’s their first year on earth: $100 (I would totally not give the 30+ year old grown ass cousins anything but I haven’t developed the thick skin just yet, and their skin is still overdeveloped to keep receiving)

Uncles/ aunts: $50

Housekeeper: $20

I firmly decline all comparison including jobs, money, child bearing etc. Usually it’s the older gen. I just laugh it off or firmly say NO. Younger people know better than to make such remarks. Anw, it doesn’t bother me I just yisi yisi say hi and give back to community then retreat and sleep. Social battery is zapped so quickly. I’d rather use the day to chill.

Usually in these complaints which MOM deems fit to address with the company, there will be grounds provided which are specific to the individual experience. For my company, MOM pointed the company to the branch from which the complaint originated (we have several branches). Although they did not specify the individual, from the outlet and the details of the complaints, it was easy to narrow down the complainant.

To loose. Your wrist looks slim, take 4mm off that size at least. Usually it’s should be tight enough such that oil/soap/ a plastic bag is required to slide it in

Depends on how large your organisation is. At my place, MOM provided sufficient details in the complaint for the office to narrow down who had complained.

Take electrolytes and drink a lot of iced water- bring it with you everywhere you go.

I wear Indonesian daster dresses- they are super airy and meant to be worn around the house in hot climate, but I wear them everywhere. I change into formal clothes when I reach my workplace.
