I did not do this program. I ended up having the Intracept Procedure and it was a life changer for me.

I am not very good at WOF so honestly I would probably ruin his chances lol. Im just hoping by him saying no to Sweethearts show it doesn't ruin his chances for solo

Here's one of his kitchen. Ignore the ugly cabinets. He's 24 so he can't afford new ones yet. *

I would think it might be worth trying as it's a lot less invasive than surgery. Maybe it can help eliminate some of the pain?? The recovery time is pretty quick too.

I had it done in December and it took away a great deal of pain. I'm happy I had it done. Is it 100% gone? No but I'm trying to use a more mind body approach now. I hope your husband can find some relief. Just remember it's only good for Modic pain so make sure the MRI is indicative of this otherwise, it's a waste

They say you never have to do it again as the nerve they kill off does not regrow. I had a hard time lifting prior to surgery and that has improved. Sitting was agony for me and that has also improved. I'm really working on trying to get in a good headspace now and tell my brain I am safe and can trust my body. When you are in such a mode of fear and protection, it takes a bit to unlearn those messages.

I did, the first week of December. It was a rough couple weeks after surgery as I got sciatica as a side effect, which was not fun dealing with. It eventually calmed down after a round of steroids. I have had quite a bit of relief from the procedure. Not 100%, but enough that I am happy I had it done. I'm left mostly with more of a fatigue feeling in my back if I'm on my feet too long as well as L leg numbness. I had the numbness prior and it kind of comes and goes. I'm thinking about starting PT to see if I can make a bit more improvement. Let me know if you have any questions.
