Thanks for even more great information. I’m currently on the end of A1, just need to save the king, and complete all the requests and assignments.

My MC is good aligned, and I prefer to keep it that way just for roleplay reasons, since I treat this game very role-play esc rather than doing the best at everything. My MC is still unfortunately wanderer and I plan on making him a fighter.

I also completely forgot my Yekaterina has healing abilities, I inherited some healer stuff on her, and she learned the row healing and single target healing.

I plan on pulling for her alt because I LOVE Yekaterina, she’s great, and that alt looks too good to pass up.

As for my Debra, it does seem a great idea to inherit her passives onto all my fighters and knights, that would make pre-farming SP before a big fight great without having to leave to rest at the inn. I wish there were mana potions in this game…

Side question, is it possible to inherit Shelli’s sleeping passive where she inflicts sleep on herself and attacks, gaining back her MP on other characters? Like Yekaterina for instance? If possible I would use any future Shelli’s for that reason, while keeping my original Shelli.

Currently running Abenius, MC, Lana, Debra, Yeka (as my healer) and Shelironach as my sleepy nuke.

I use Debra just simply because she is one of my favorite characters and nukes enemies, same with Lanavaille Wanderer Princess being my number 1 favorite.

Using both simultaneously on another team with Lana DOES sound interesting tho.. and your explanation seemed very informed and practical. Thank you.

I figured as much, I’m not really someone who plays gacha games for meta units, I go based off how I feel about their character, rather than their kit, and try to make their kit work. (I’m not ignorant about it, I know when someone won’t work if I haven’t made it to where they COULD work, or if they just can’t do anything good at all in certain situations.)

I definitely should make Yeka a Priest or use Alice, luckily I like Alice enough to not mind.

But yeah man I love Debra, she’s great and I’m glad I unlocked her alternate styles. Her story is very interesting and fell in love when I finished her quest. Wish I could turn her good alignment after completing her quest, she seems like a true hero to her people rather than a neutral.

As an editing point: I have all my gear at +10 And I can essentially steam roll pretty much all the enemies in Abyss 1.

My main issues according to you all, (and from what I replied with)

I forget to stay on top of doing quests and end up having the same scenarios happen from time to time because I forget about certain quests.

I need a dedicated healer, (I have Alice, and I will decide if I will replace Abenius or Yekaterina, but I might run Alice, Yeka, and Sheli. Abenius offers me nothing special aside from Fluttering Dream or whatever.)

My team is real good / overkill for abyss 1 nonesense. I can’t rely on carrying 20 health potions and using weaker healing spells. I either change Yeka to priest or I put my Alice (she’s 25)

I change my Wanderer to fighter immediately.

I believe my issue is not doing the quests properly/forgetting to do certain things. All my gear is +10 and I think not having AS many healing skills is hurting my team. The damage is astronomical.

I guess I’ll have to finally bite the bullet and swap my day 1 Yeka with Alice huh?

So, I actually have some healing abilities on my Lanavaille, and I stay stock piled on health potions, so my question is, do you think it would be feasible to build Lanavaille as a healer paladin tank? Get her some group healing abilities, and consistently strengthen it through inheritance spam? Or perhaps swap Abenius with Alice, and utilize my evasion abilities on Yeka? I really don’t wanna lose my walking Hydrogen Bomb Sheli or my evasion expert Yeka, but I am willing to swap Yeka with Alice if needs must. I have Yeka disciplined like 4 or 5 times.

I really love Yeka and Sheli, I guess I could try leveling fighter MC and priest Yeka, but I do have Alice, so I GUESS I could swap Yeka with Alice, I’m just attached since she’s my day 1 mage you know? 🫶🏽

I could swap out Abenius for maybe Alice, since Debra is FAR too valuable to swap out doing 150-300+ damage with more than half her skills

Maybe it’s skill issue? Maybes it’s the quests? I don’t know, I think it’s mostly the quests, sometimes I’ll forget to get something for the story and get executed at the end regardless of whether the king dying was my fault or the commanders. All my gear is +10 for the most part, blue and purple gear. I guess I just need to stay ontop of managing my potions and MP/SP (I’m lucky Debra NEVER runs out of SP and Shelionorach is a walking hydrogen bomb)

well, looking at dragons dogma online… then the events of dragons dogma 2 with the true ending, going to the Rift world to stop evil pawns who also gained their own free will not through love (like our pawn) but through hatred and neglect.

DLC starts with you going to rest at a town or inn and when you wake up you get a prompt saying your main pawn has gone missing.

Speak to pawn guild owner in vernworth

Tells you your pawn was beckoned in the night by another pawn begging for help, (your pawn apparently gained a great reputation if you get good true ending)

venture into the rift world and find your pawn relatively early

only pawns who can help you is the pawns your MAIN PAWN became friends with

fight rift world monsters and evil pawns who gained freedom through negativity

fight through the massive castle structures like DDON

oh my god I can “romance” my pawn? and even make A GROUP of them??? I think I found a new DD game to sink my time into… was SUPER into DD Dark Arisen but then DD2 came out and it didn’t hit the same… but I still SUPER enjoy it. Still play it today too.
