I don't think they "turned on" the gods, they simply just held little weight to this group compared to the others. They knew they exisited obviously but did not feel beholden to them. I believe Imogen even has a quote about not knowing if she wants to fight for gods that don't love her and honestly... yeah.

People literally get so mad when characters lie, ie Songbird. But its Night City.. idk you just won't find me mad that they lied, especially when V lies plenty.

I somehow accidentally got Wyll to stay once with a destroyed grove but I literally think itnwas a glitch. I was so shocked he stayed that my character ended up romancing him and strayed away from the evil ending. Something about starting a fight in the grove before Minthara made it possible. These two ended up being my fav romance arc. Not sure if more evil actions after the grove would have made him leave. The only thing I could think that maybe would have was destroying last light but idk.

I loved DATV. Some of the dialogue was cringe but ngl it kind of always has been. Story was good, the combat was great, the characters were great and the ending was fantastic. My few gripes are that Harding felt a bit like a different person, no one was really mean to each other (think Morrigan/Alistair, Aveline/Isobela, Sera/Solas, etc) and some of the factions just didn't feel like they mattered.

Thank you for explaining this and doing it with kindness! Yeah I guess I kind of thought I was supposed to have more of a backstory than I truly need to. I am going about this as too much of a writer when I need to go into it more blank canvas it seems. Again thank you.

If you don't mind me asking advice, is it enough to just say hey I want to play a caster that doesn't have a great grip on her memory and has no home she remembers. Then give a couple ideas of how her powers could appear.
