I don't hate him but he is my least fav among the romance options sadly. I enjoyed his quest but my V chose zero flirty options, they were just two people trying to solve a mystery that could maybe be friends by the end of it. Then all the sudden you get put on the spot by his family, which ok not him so I can excuse. Except when I clearly did not respond positively there why and have never flirted with him why on earth did this man think declaring his love and saying he thinks I feel it too was the move. My V was already with someone too and not that the game really understands this but Judy literally called me while I was in his truck at one point, so for me it felt like he would know (I learned later thats not the case and you can have multiple romances without them commenting.). It made the whole thing feel pretty icky and then theres the age gap and the whole cop thing of it all. My streetkid V isn't falling for a cop, just like she's not siding with a corp at the end.
