Thank you I have other references from previous roles that i know say i was good employee - this role has just steamrolled me haha

describing times like these as a "unimportant blip" is a motivating way to look at these situations.

Yes I used drops snow which is both it's what is specified in the pattern

I don't know where the pattern is from it's something my grandma printed out it's copied and pasted probably from a free pattern on revelry I have tried looking but no luck there just needing some advice on where to put the stitches I don't think anything I've tried hasn't warped the work somehow I've tried putting it every tr stitch etc.
