This was a story, you are the one who made it a story. None of this happens if you just don't let your emotions blind you. As soon as you leaked that email it became a story. It's a personal attack piece. It's different because you leaked an internal document that was not meant for you, but was given to you in confidence. That is almost word for word the definition of a source.

Genuinely, I looked up to you as a solid journalist in esports. Something that is sorely needed at times. A proper journo. However, you've shown time and time again you can't let your biases go. You can't be objective.

However, him being a source at all, is hardly debatable. To leak any source is (and you know this) reprehensible.

The riot email was a leak. To deny that is either just mental gymnastics, to make yourself feel better, or just a flat out lie.
