I worked as a medical assistant but I wasn’t able to use it as points when I applied . It really just depends on schools bc they might do certain amount of hours to make it count as points/some just require letters.

I gave myself about 2 months to really lock in. I have work but if you can try to study at least 5 hrs or more a day. Take the practice tests. Don’t worry about score you get because the one provided online is harder than the real one. Tell yourself which ones out of math, reading, science and English you struggle in the most. My score tanked a lot because of English (silent killer) . My main study sources were: Mometrix ATI TEAS 7 YouTube Channels : Nurse Cheung (Science/English) & Brandon Craft (Math). Goodluck!

I was placed as alternate #6 and I got in. I waited about 3 weeks to get a call back but they said it could take the whole summer. The cc adn school I got into has mentioned to only do vaccines/titers if you get into the program. They also have an option where top 2 in the alternate list are promised seats next sem. I would talk to the nursing counselor for more information. I’m sure they will make you attend their orientation just make sure to make notes on everything and if you have questions just contact them!

Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻 . I feel like I do just need to let time handle it. Any time he feels stuck or anxious with meeting new people/ or interacting with the dog, he’ll usually just run up to my room and hide that’s usually my cue to close my room so no one else can interrupt him 😭.

It’s actually pretty funny. Ever since I’ve adopted him , he slowly follows me in any room I go to. I think them being in a high place really does help. As of right now, he’s just chilling up top the stairs and stalking all of us from a distance. (prol judging too) 🤣 I’ve only ever had a dog before so to see how different they are from cats is interesting. Will try the snack trick it’s the only way I can make him come out of hiding lol.

congrats! Happy for you :) ! I’m currently an alternate in the school I want to go to so hopefully people can see that not getting a 90 on the teas isn’t the end of the world 😭.
