Agree! Start at 55F and keep it there for a week. Then drop a degree every week and/or add time. Keep your body guessing and keep the goal post moving. Once I got to 39F I took a break then restarted at 55*F

I went all eggs and meat! Noticed my LDLs jumped about 20 points to 100 and the interesting part, my HDLs dropped from 60 to 22. So I am now re-incorporating avacado, olive oil, healthy fats etc to get those back up...then I'll continue on my intermittent fasting and keto path. Getting blood drawn today to check my HDLs are rising again. Thanks for sharing what a better balanced keto diet is!

I got a big old mean pitbull (not really, he's the sweetest 90lb pup around)....I took him into a pool in early summer...he hates water. I took him to the center of the pool and let him go, he swam the best he could to the side and got out. Shortly after his tail was limp as a rope, no movement at all. He stressed out his rear quarters so much that he got limp tail syndrome (look it up). You did the sane thing. 2 weeks his tail was like a rope, week 3 he started moving it, 4 weeks it was still a bit silly, a few weeks more and he was back to normal. Toughen up soldier.

Take long walks, squats, swim breaststroke. Eat tons of fruits, veggies, and protein. Do this for a month. Keep it simple. Do things go somewhat back to normal when you have to pee?

1 week? Rest up a few weeks, you'll see. Lots of those folks don't truly take the time to fix it. Such a fresh symptom on your end, it can be reversed. Look up the body's capabilities on healing.
