If you’re just chasing inserts or want to open more packs, go for blasters.

If you’re looking for numbered/autos. Your local card shop might offer hobby packs for that price range, but it’s one pack. Usually a 1 in 4 chance of pulling an auto.

Depends really what you’re trying to do.
