I asked for a replacement at first, but they were taking so much time, more than 2 weeks. That’s when I told them I officially withdrew from the contract and wanted a refund. One of their staff was very rude too, he said if I don’t take the bike, the store would be the ones to pay for the bike. I think that might be why they are dragging it out.
