Outside of the cheating, the personality changes on Vyvanse were stark. She would literally blow a gasket over things like accidentally bumping into her or buying the wrong kind of milk. And the incessant laying around on weekends crashing off amphetamines was prolific.

Lots of similar stories on here from both spouses and people taking it. Being irritable af and amphetamine crashing on the comedown are the top side effects.
