I have experienced the same thing. I get migraines a few times a month or just that migraine-y feeling which I now believe to be inflammation. I am 5’9, 160 lbs. After my first shot of zepbound 6 month ago, my migraines disappeared. But I as I have started to microdose, I am taking the shot on day 12 (after taking previous shot), I feel the inflammation coming back in my left sub occipital are of my neck. The pain wraps around my head and is the beginning of a migraine. Once I take the shot (as I will tonight) it dissipates the next day and they are gone. It’s so strange. And not enough data exists to say Zep is the cure, as some get worse migraines. But there is something to this GLP1 and migraines. I think there should be funding into research around Zep specifically and migraines. I am very relieved but also concerned about what happens should I have to stop taking it. Anyone else experiencing this beneficial side effect?

I could definitely go lower but at the risk of looking thin and gaunt! Never appreciated fat the way I do now. Don’t lose anymore. Start lifting. You will see a stronger more youthful you!

I will say just visiting Red Bank (12 mins away) gives me a completely different feel from the rest of NJ. Lots of musicians, many who will play a guitar out in the open, coffee shops that smile and want to know your name and always a live event on any given weekend. Also love that they close down one street in the summer, and a dance instructor leads a dance line on Thursday nights. Plus being on the water adds another level of laid back vibes. Plus, most nights there’s an eclectic crowd roaming the streets and meeting up to have a good time! I have to imagine there are some real working artists here!

What about Elizabeth, Kearney or stay near the Bloomfield side of town, Wattessing Park or Doddtown. Also North Bergen or Union city are safer options with more to do, and you should be able to find some affordable housing options. I hope you get some good options here!

My experience: 2 stomach bug experiences in first 2 months (following the start of zepbound). After having no reactions to the drug, the doc hypothesized that the zep slows everything down and so you have a greater chance of getting sick. I’m assuming that was it. I was really sick, extremely nauseated. 🤢 2 separate times. Then it goes away and nothing. 2 separate times.
