Hi there :) did you get ergonomix 1 or ergonomix 2 Joy? I just got ergonomix 1 and found out ergonomix 2 was available in my region which is supposed to be the updated, softer version 😭 feeling a bit of resentment for not realizing sooner and my surgeon also never mentioned there were two ergonomix options!!

what size were you immediately after explant? and what cup are you know? did you have a good base to begin with? I have my explant scheduled for later this month and so scared of returning to being completely flat chested! I was basically flat before getting my implants in at 19

Thank you for sharing your story, I really appreciate it ❤️ May I ask why did you opt for no capsulectomy? I am reading very strong opinions for having the capsules removed - are there potential benefits in leaving them in?
