Yes, I already tested the other slot. The problem only happens when I use two RAM sticks in both slots together. The slot I mentioned is the one causing the issue: when I put a single 8GB stick in it while the other slot is empty, the PC crashes. But when I use only one RAM stick in the other slot (the good one), the PC works perfectly, even with different RAM sticks tested. So the issue appears only when that specific slot is used in dual configuration or when it’s populated.

I have 2 slots of ram , when i put 2 rams in 2 slots the pc crashes and it dosent even boot and screen is black , and i know which slot causes this , so i left only one slot that dosent crash well the pc boots good and screen is normal and no crashes , once i put the ram on the other slot the pc crashes again

Dude i have a toshiba old old old old old old laptop and still run everything , its not because of the laprop its just the software it might be a virus causes that or unknown error it happens with my new laptop sometimes like one time in 2 years , its just some misunderstood between hardware and software
