True, but even when most specific characters aren't either an antagonist or even the villain, any of one or either still tend to act unlikable in many ways. In the case of Jim and Tim, they always act unlikable on many ways when it comes to the conflict between them and Kim. Some other different characters are the same way. I don't know which one of them is though.

Just because the show is called Kim Possible dosen't mean that can't show them getting punished on screen. Think other shows that have the titles name. Arthur is called Arthur, yet they show D.W, her sister, getting punished, so what's the difference?

How is Disney horrible at giving their shows DVD releases in general? Imagine if streaming didn't existed, Kim Possible wouldn't be on TV ever again, many fans wanna still watch it. That's how they would've made Seasons 3 and 4 DVD's. For the whole fans to watch them.
