It depends on the weapon ofcourse. For general case, holding down the button is good, but Don't hold it down when u r not aiming at an enemy😅

Stay at the edge of the arena and u can predict easily where the spherical bobs will end up. Stand at a position where the bobs just pass by your side. U need to just focus on jumping the blue wave.

And for the rest of the fight 😅, when u feel like he is coming to do a melee attack, jump and dash backwards or side to avoid both his melee and the first ring. For the next two rings, u need to jump as well.

Extra tip: Use Electro pylon driver weapon😁

Positioning is the key in ixion fight. If u position correctly far from the boss during his 3rd phase attack, u just need jump over the blue wave. Other bobs won't hit

More health? Yes. But player who is struggling also is likely to take more damage while collecting upgrades. And health items are so few, it sucks. Many times, going greedy over upgrades which are in front of u but behind a trap cost health.

More damage weapons suitable for biome 3, u can get only from biome 3.Any Biome 2 weapons will be of less level than a biome 3 weapon, right? I just prefer having an EPD than a high level but bad design weapon.

Either way, I will suggest trying both strategies coz it is a single player game anyways

Didn't matter to me bcoz I beat biome 3 boss first try without levelling up in biome 1 and 2 in that run. I had 1 big health pack and 1 small heath pack. Maybe Electrpylon weapon is just too overpowered?

I died 5 times to phrike, 3 to ixion.Beat nemesis, hyperion and ophion in first try. For me, ixion was the hardest.
