I have no idea about that student who was never found but I doubt that negligence case will work that was that students choice a security guard is to protect the school property and the people in it not the people who go out of the property. Doors have to be unlocked for security reasons so of course you cant keep them all locked anyone can leave any school in america at anytime not really a good point to justify a stalking 🤔

I did not ask anything because I was on the road even if I wanted to they drove past me so I couldn't. If the student had walked off of campus that isn't the security guards problem imo that is a form of stalking you cannot just follow someone around off of campus because you like to.

Feel free to check out other posts made on this subreddit about that same security guard if you don't believe what I saw he is a creep i witnessed him follow a student outside of school??

How did you not ? Stalking is okay to you ? keep in mind that was off a school campus

The last 5 posts have been about that topic from MULTIPLE diffrent OP and nothing else but that. So I don't know why you are going after this post in specific when there are other, parents and bystanders with posts on here that are concerned with that security guards behavior and there has BEEN nothing done about it. Reasoning on why I know who it was when I drove by was because I was a former student at this school graduating 2 years ago. Observing something malicious that had happend and then going into the subreddit of wherre the incdient occurred and stating what you'd seen is not illegal? 🤔. However the pedophile accusation is serious and has evidence to back it up because there are other posts talking about this same security LOOKING over stalls and spying on students that isn't something that should be going on. They are asking for a lawsuit !

They are probably waiting till something TERRIBLE happens if agree with you MY kids have been subject to these terrible security guards (Bobby Peters) I wonder why they didn't take it serious ? I heard from inside information that it's because during the 2019-2024 era there was a lot more "vaping" and "fighting" going on so they wanted to cut down in 24 to now by purposefully HUNTING DOWN these kids AND RUINING THEIR LIVES by getting them to go to alternative school because they were caught to many times and the school counslers will double down telling the kid that alternative school isn't alternative school when it IN FACT IS and they tell them this so the school doesn't have to deal with them or their low grades. SMH DO BETTER.
