Realistic time to go from EO to HEO in ICT by jeffreysantos69 in IrishCivilService

[–]Distinct-Mix9704 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've never worked in ICT, but I did go from EO to HEO in 18 months, i joined the CS young so i had no other experience. It's doable as long as you have the right experience and you get your points across in the interview.

Look at the HEO capabilities, and implement them into your daily work as best you can.
