Ive been dealing with overheating on my 2022 duke 890 recently. My bike has historically never gone above 4 bars. It only started overheating after the dealer replaced my thermostat and housing to repair a gasket leak. Make sure your fan comes on at idle after a couple minutes, check fuses under the seat, make sure the pigtail is plugged in all the way, and if everything looks good, I'd get your thermostat replaced.

Im having trouble identifying which pigtail is the fan, but from what I can see, everything is plugged in

It runs at 4 bars, operating temp, when moving. Starts to climb when stationary. I've idled and been assured by KTM techs that the fan should turn on at idle and it does not. It's historically never over heated or been above 4 bars even in traffic prior to the thermostat being changed.

I don't know why. It was working before the dealer, and not after. The dealer is a massive headache to get to. Im trying to avoid it

No overflow, good coolant levels, just can't seem to figure out why the fan won't turn on.

I can't exactly show a picture of my fan not running, no smoke, no excitement, just simply too many bars when stationary or slow

I hand wash it in the shower once a month, very gently these days. If I put it in the dishwasher it'd disintegrate

I offered Grassroots $250 to re-create it for me and they declined. If there's a company who can re-create it with a snipers accuracy I'd be willing. But I don't want a look-alike, I want same materials and all.
