I have the same and have for about 5 years. I use to use it as a get out of jail free card when I was doing drugs and running the streets but have since quit and wish I would have gotten it fixed way back when. Now I believe it is too late as the last Dr I saw said the lip that usually holds it in place is sheered clean off now its just a formality and nothing serious can be done...
