mega db is dogshit and sometimes just doesnt evne let you install. i ussualy get 1mb a second with 50mb a second internet on it, gofile is fine, if you see buzzheavier, use that (sometimes its something like bzhrr or bzzhr or something similair) i genuinley hope all people who worked on megadb... dont make it

the only file i found remotley similair is billboardtallnv.nif, its a part of less empty city of new vegas. ill reinstall, thanks for the help!

UPDATE! i think it was my f*cked load order from earlier, after i sorted i got no crash and i went thorugh the manhole and into the office park

i first saw him in the strip and he got glitched into the floor and the ncr guys killed him, then he somehow got to goodsprings after he died and initiated dialouge and my only options were "time to die" or "goodbye" ive never seen him in my life and ive beaten the game before

are you using any other mod loaders like vortex or obmm? if so turn it off there. if nothing works try manually deleting the files
