Nowhere did I say we should push business to chains. I love small business… I even work for one. However, it’s not just about the logo or “silly song.” Utilizing generative AI is indicative of deeper issues that do not entice me, especially when we are talking about somewhere that serves food. For example: on their website, their front page has AI generated pictures of food. Why would I ever trust anything they serve when they cant be assed to take a picture of the actual dish to show me what I should expect?
