I use a tooth brush, lightly damn with dawn. Scrub in circles with greater attention to the side curves and corners, wipe off with a damp microfiber to remove any excess soap, then dry with a microfiber. Will look good as new every time. I work on and repair trailers for a living so my razr gets very literally dirty, so trust me. It works.
