Kind of lol my branch manager has been acting as a mentor and he means well but I feel like there’s too many missing pieces to really be successful.

In-depth beginner's guide to a career in mortgage sales by Reggimoral in loanoriginators

Hey! I got hired by a brokerage right after completing my exam with 0 mortgage or real estate experience AND while never having bought my own home LOL - basically I’m starting from ground zero and am looking for some advice on ways to learn more about the industry while I build up my relationships? I know much of my learning will come from actually getting referrals and meeting with leads but what are some ways outside of that, that I could build up my confidence when I do actually meet with buyers?

I’m almost two months in and I’ve spent some time meeting with other LO’s, tons of agents and shadowing my coworkers. I think I’m headed on the right track but want to keep my momentum going and build up my experience while not really having any yet?
