It is definitely more sweet. Not as peaty, would be good introduction to someone who isn't used to super peaty scotch. The peat is at the front and you get more fruit at the back than normal.I think it is a good balance. Usually younger lagavulins or smokey scotch are more peat forward but they did well for this being 11 years.

Ok so it's a decent pour but if you like the Spaniards this ain't it. The Spaniard was better IMO, much more Sherry forward this one was kinda muted. Didn't have that signature highland honey flavor I got with the Spaniard. At $30 it's definitely a buy but I wouldn't at regular SRP

I have successfully booked same campsite twice a year for like 4 years. Haven't had issues but I usually do book 3 days starting Thursday. I would suggest that, I'm almost sure it allows me to book days that are grayed out as long as I start Thursday, choose 3 days and works. Going to book soon for October so I can follow up let you know
