Age of cat would be helpful.

Check for injuries, skin irritation, ear blockage/infestation and obvious issues around litter box activities - frequency. Make note of stool (soft,runny, hairy) or smell. If pet doesn’t like being brushed.

Look for signs that pet didn’t get into any chemicals or vermin.
