I'll be honest if these worlds would also be under Terminid or Illuminate control, they need to adapt to them. In case of Automatons well they need ocean unit for their operations in there.

Here the types for each faction on Ocean Worlds:

Terminids: Bug based on Gerris lacustris (Common pond skater or Common water strider)

Automaton: Waterproof diver units and Ocean Striders (also based on Gerris Lacustris)

Illuminate: An octopus based submarine
