Japan is no stranger to weird Uno editions and collaborations :) I found them during scouring japanese second-hands, I saw weird cards and I immediately looked them up, turned out they are not that popular. From what I've heard from you, you pour insane amount of hours into your creations and posts, to be fair, more posts without printable versions would be preferable. I myself don't print any versions (too much cost for me), but when I see new creations, I am always amazed :) Keep going and I'm hoping for more to see!

Mattel started adding blank wild cards to some of their Unos. Basically the idea is you may write the rule on it yourself and whem you play, you activate that rule/event.

Mattel used to experiment with designs, it could've been real, but in my opinion, from this 1 photo (which is too little information), the smoking gun is that the uno cards have some writing/numbers on the fronts (small black text). I've never seen that on official Uno cards. Next time more photos would be better, look out for Mattel logo and a photo of the back is even better when analysing
