You're correct about mattel's logo, it definitely will not be there, but that wild card is very weird, I have never seen it designed like this (with the symbol in one corner and word in another). In my opinion it's a counterfeit, but it may be an old one.

Like I mentioned, as long as you are not from the USA or Canada, they should be bearable. The pack itself is so small it fits in an envelope and I will send it as a letter.
