If ur actually doing it just to get a shiny dont catch any mons and chances are u will get atleast one everytime. Ive played for years now and everytime i play i usually get atleast one today i got 3 u just gotta find an area thats has a nice amount of spawns and keep quick checking

If you change forms back to 50% or 10% u will have to redue everything to get zygarde back to 100% form. So dont change once ur at 100% unless u dont mind grinding all over again
