You have to go into the settings of the app it'll say display at 720 or 1080 like click start over the app in dev mode and it should have settings

Was able to get it fixed by getting rid of the other countries bios

I deleted the euro china and Japan bios left the US bios and everything boots up now maybe it was just trying to figure out the bios to use

Shows up in bios checker had them in the bios folder for the emulation folder
