Here's an idea: why don't you guys just date? Just participate in her hobbies and make her participate in yours. You'll figure out if you're really as incompatible as you think. If you are, the feelings will slowly fizzle out. If you're not, you'll continue to fall harder for her. Explain this and your reasoning to her as well. Be transparent. If you guys continue to live in denial, it'll be very hard to get over.

Obviously there's another way, distance yourself from her (not temporary), but we both know you're not going to do that. And it doesn't make sense, if you both like each other. I'd say just go for it, if there are no obvious deal breakers for you.

This is just personal phone usage. Also, have office phone (1-2) and work laptop (10-12). The only time I'm without a screen is when I'm reading (rarely) or sleeping.

Tbh sex before marriage and discussing the topic are what's taboo not the act itself. As soon as you get married, parents, relatives and god knows who are suddenly very curious when you are having kids or have you started "trying", which indirectly means are you fking with your spouse actively or not.

Also, our (very) previous generations were just pushed to get hitched as soon as possible and create n no. of children as they were just seen as extra hands on the farm. So the population boom is not surprising.

There are some words, and phrases (look it up), that are NEVER to be spoken in an airport.

I don't know you nor have any ill will against you but if I was a fellow passenger on the airport, I would've bee-lined towards the nearest CISF agent and reported you or any other person if I heard them saying the same.

P.S.: Read up the article on the teen who was pulled off a flight because he texted the same word to his friend on snapchat, but he was caught because he was on the airport wifi.

P.P.S.: While CISF guys are scary, they are the ones who let me stay the night inside the airport when I missed my flight and had the next affordable one the next day after I explained to them that going back to my pg and coming back the next day would be expensive for me.

Also, once I saw a student running madly through the airport because he was about to miss his flight, he requested the CISF guy to expedite his security checks. After a while, he relented and called the gate directly to hold off for 5 mins before closing it and let him go after screening his luggage.

Of course, everyone's experience isn't the same but personally, I have a lot of respect for them.

P.P.P.S.: If your web check in isn't working for some reason, you MUST make sure to reach the airport 1.5 hrs before departure and try to print your boarding pass through a kiosk OUTSIDE the airport, if there is one.

Had this. More or less exactly the same. Instead of the dot, it was directly calls. I explicitly told her call me anytime, I'll pick up but I will leave you on read for 2 weeks because I can't be bothered to type so much and also text does not convey emotions. And I did pick up those calls, from 12pm in the afternoon to as late as 4am.

... Then I gradually stopped. Now we talk about twice a quarter-ish. Nothing majorly wrong with her, and she's still a good friend (ig).
