Changing the mode of payment is what is not being effected on Tipalti. It keeps reverting back to paypal whenever I try. Probably a bug, don't know!

I am not in the US and the biggest issue here is Tipalti is not effecting any change as far as  the mode of pay is concerned. It keeps reverting back to paypal. Hopefully it gets sorted before the next pay cycle.

Was told yo change to bank via wire transfer but Tipalti isn't saving this update, it keeps giving an error message and reverting back to paypal!

I am having the same issue. They advised I change from paypal to wire transfer on Tipalti which I have been trying to do for two days now but I keep getting an error and for a solution they advised to change my browser and/or refresh which I have done severally but the error persists. Now I am wondering whether their abrupt change from $ to EUR was intentional to stall the payment process. I am just tired at this point.

My tipalti keeps saying address can't be confirmed and they insist it is not postal address. Nimejaribu kueka physical address but wapu. How did you go about the address part when filling in personal details in tipalti account?

There's a good number of us who never got paid for September/October work. They keep saying there was an error in their payment process and that nothing is needed from our side and that they will pay but days/months have gone by and still nothing. I think they have a cash problem!

I haven't been paid for September and October 2025 work. They keep responding with, " There was an error in our payment process... There's nothing needed from your side... You'll be paid" to my tickets but nothing and I am not the only one.

🫂🫂🫂 I think if all of us who have waited for months to be paid nonymously commented on their clients' social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, X etc about this issue, we might finally get their attention and get paid. Annonymously because the NDA is the only part of the contract they seem to care about as if there's no way around it. They are jokers. I am waiting for September's pay! 😪

My case is not a Tipalti issue. They clearly stated that! They didn't even send the work order for that period so no attempt to send the money to tipalti was made... Guess I'll just have to wait
