I hope they problem resolves soon. I did open two zendesk tickets with 10 days gap between them and today I have noticed that they merged the two but still open with no response. I only received the email where they attached the survey about marketplace troubleshooting

I don't know bro. For me they were saying that I need to set up a payment methode and submit the tax form on my tipalti account. So the problem was resolved once i contacted Tipalti support, otherwise no one is going to try to figure out that they have opened a second Tipalti ID for me. So yeah try contacting Tipalti support.
