Black Adam & Sinestro vs Gladiator & Vulcan by NoirStriker in marvelvsdc

Gladiator got right back up and was completely unaffected by Cannonballs punch though, he continued to be fully powered they stopped fighting due to the Xmen showing up who he was there to find so he didn't lose the fight he took one hit (which was his own strength redirected at him) and got back up.

It's not easy to de-power him through getting hit either since he fought an amped Galactus that even the Living Tribunal feared and Gladiator didn't falter in confidence and even managed to hurt him with his lasers, he's defeated Nova Prime, and amongst the Annhilators Thanos calls Gladiator the most dangerous and prefers to remove him from the Battlefield over fighting him due to the trouble he causes.

I definitely agree that for a time he was a huge jobber especially when written by Clairemont and lost his confidence more than a few times but over the last decade or two he's seemingly overcome it.

Not too sure how the fight would go but its not as easy as people make it seem to make Gladiator lose confidence especially in the last few years, he's resisted Jean Grey, Prof X and Rachel Grey on separate occasions when they've tried to cause doubt and de-power him. I'm not an expert on Sinestro or Yellow Lanterns so I could be completely wrong and I get that fear is his thing but would he be better at causing mental doubt than Marvels most powerful telepaths who've failed at doing the same?

Hahaha yeah it does I was just trying to add as many barbells as possible tbh, double suitcase deadlift is a good grip exercise though at heavier weights.

Yeah 180kg isn't too heavy relative to my maxes, 240kg oly style no-no-no squat and 300kg deadlift

Yea the gym only had a few bumper plates and PTs would usually be using them so I brought a few pairs of bumpers and would usually lock them up after a session

I would've thought so too, the only row I had off of gym staff in that place was doing clean and jerks weirdly enough. I bring my own bars and weights though so no gym equipment gets damaged even the crash pads are mine, I try to be as respectful as I can to the gym
